We meet with you to foster a meaningful connection. This starts with a free 20-minute call to learn about you, your current situation, and what you want to achieve from Business Athlete Coaching.
Learn →
Using dialogue and a variety of exercises and assessments, we learn about you. We work with you to clarify key capacity objectives to ensure desired results.
Coach →
We craft an individualized development plan, and then meet in person or virtually at least once per month. You are responsible for relevant homework between coaching sessions to apply insights and use the tools provided to expand your mental, emotional, and physical capacity.
Assess →
Each meeting, we assess your progress and continually adjust the development plan to ensure we are boosting your energy level and accelerating you toward optimal performance.
