We meet with the leader to foster a meaningful connection, ensuring that the needs of the leader fit well with the expertise of one of our talented coaches.
Learn →
Using assessments, dialogue, and observation, we learn about the leader, the organization, and the leader’s learning style. We work with the leader, and sometimes the leader’s leader, to clarify key development objectives to ensure desired results.
Coach →
We craft an individualized development plan, and then meet with the leader in person or virtually at least once per month. The leader is responsible for relevant homework between coaching sessions to apply insights and practice new skills, which helps the leader achieve his or her goals faster and makes the learning sustainable.
Assess →
Each month, we assess the progress of the leader and continually adjust the development plan to ensure we are accelerating the growth of the leader toward the desired results.
