Terri is an accomplished coach, speaker, and trainer with more than 25 years of experience. She founded Inspired Training Institute, Inc., in 2003 as a platform to support her passion for training and organizational development.
Terri offers a unique blend of business savvy, perceptiveness, and momentum to the development of executives, business leaders, and leadership teams. Her coaching style fosters the self-discovery, clarity, and personal accountability necessary to accelerate leadership development for her clients. She works with clients across numerous industries and for companies ranging from small privately held firms to large Fortune 500 companies to inspire character, leadership, and culture development.
As seasoned executive coach, Terri guides the professional development of her clients to increase leadership effectiveness, executive team cohesion and alignment, seamlessness of C-level succession, and optimal business results. Terri also lends her exceptional organizational development talents, including extensive instructional design experience and masterful training skills, as a fractional chief learning officer for small to mid-sized organizations that are seeking to create impactful talent development strategies and programs.

Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior. She is certified by Gallup as a Strengths Coach, and she is extensively experienced as an MBTI® practitioner having been awarded the official designation of MBTI Master Practitioner. She is also certified in Spiritual Companioning through the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Terri has served as an adjunct instructor for UWGB’s Applied Leadership in Teaching and Learning Graduate Program. She stays engaged with her community as a volunteer trainer for The Joseph Project, as a guest columnist on the topic of professional development for The Business News, as a member of the Wisconsin Writers Association, and through a variety of Boards and Advisory Councils.
