Our employee engagement surveys are designed for your entire organization or divisions within your organization. We use our own custom surveys or the Gallup organization’s instruments to provide you with metrics relating to your employees’ satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, we provide analysis of the data and offer go-forward recommendations and suggestions.

Cultural Alignment

Our cultural alignment processes provide organizational leaders with insights, recommendations, and information necessary to:

  • Identify areas of strength and areas of concern within the culture
  • Determine whether the culture is aligned with the mission of the organization
  • Ensure that the culture supports employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Determine whether the culture is defined or needs to be clarified

Contract CLO Services

Our Contract CLO Services allow our skills and experience to serve as your Chief Learning Officer (CLO). We work with appropriate leaders or members of your corporate training team to identify learning needs within your organization, develop a curriculum plan that helps your employees achieve organizational goals, research options for delivering training most effectively, and guide the organization through implementation. Additionally, as your CLO, we work with Human Resources and key leaders to organize and clarify roles, communication, and processes within the organization, as needed.
