This workshop series offers an interactive and engaging learning experience that highlights the advanced research concepts and applications that formulate the Leaderhood Logic. Seasoned leaders are invited to study the evolution of leadership and its impact on their personal and organizational leadership styles. Spiritual intelligence (SQ) is introduced as an added dimension of leadership necessary to inspire today’s workforce. SQ has been referred to as the ultimate intelligence because it provides a context for intellectual intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) to operate within.
