ECHO Process™
DISCOVER: Team building session with executive or sponsor team to identify key issues and desired results and conduct organizational research, interviews, and baseline measurement(s) related to organizational goals.
LEARN: A series of half-day sessions that reveal discoveries and educate executive or sponsor team about relevant change management principles and practices.
CREATE: A series of half-day sessions to develop the acceptance component of the strategic change management plan, create communication plans, and practice change leadership skills to achieve desired results. Inspired Training Institute instructional designer partners with client technical resources to design application learning related to specific change.
MODEL: Coaching of the executive or sponsor team collectively and individually, as needed, to address resistance and/or obstacles in order to sustain momentum of strategic change management plan.
MEASURE: Continuous measurement and reporting of the impact of the ECHO Process™ toward the desired results.
