Training to Build Skills Series
For trainers within your organization
This workshop series is designed to give participants the knowledge and skills necessary to coach associates to build the skills they need to do their jobs. These could be technical skills or interpersonal skills. Participants will be introduced to the Training to Build Skills Model used to ensure training effectiveness and impact. Participants will also be given the opportunity to experience the training process as a new learner.
Participants learn to:
- Analyze and break down tasks into sub-tasks and steps
- Explain the steps in the Training to Build Skills Model
- Design and conduct a training experience based on the Training to Build Skills Model
