Custom Team Interventions
Custom team sessions use MBTI® Step II tools or other team development models to positively impact teams in crisis, leadership teams or associate groups facing new practices or processes, and leadership teams preparing for strategic planning or repositioning.  

Participants learn to:

• Identify their contributions to the dynamics of the team
• Diagnose the current functioning (or dysfunction) of the team
• Utilize tools to generate robust dialogue and constructive conflict to achieve commitment
• Identify and explain techniques to maximize effectiveness of the team
• Clearly define and articulate the desired goals, objectives and/or shared vision of the team
