Terri, President – As founder of Inspired Training, Terri is a seasoned trainer, organizational development facilitator and instructional designer, having had the honor of being referred to as a "master" of her craft. Terri has served as a training and organizational development resource for over 12 years, using her talent and experience to support all of our services. By popular demand, however, she primarily supports our Organizational Development services, offering a unique blend of perceptivity and momentum to leadership team interventions, custom team building, and cultural evolution initiatives within organizations.

Prior to launching Inspired Training in May of 2003, Terri held training and leadership roles with John Deere, Humana Inc. and Schneider National Inc. Terri holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior. She is certified in the Information Mapping method of design and documentation, qualified as an experienced MBTI® practitioner and certified as an adult literacy instructor by Laubach Literacy International.

The University of Wisconsin--Green Bay utilizes Terri’s expertise as an adjunct graduate instructor teaching, among other things, our Leaderhood™ Workshop to graduate Education students. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and serves on the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Supervisory Management Advisory Committee. She is also a board member on Chief Learning Officer magazine's Business Intelligence Board, as well as the Bay Area Workforce Development Board.

She is an avid reader, a writer, a life-long learner and the mother of an amazing and talented daughter.

Jill, Director, Curriculum Design – As Director of Curriculum Design, Jill provides outstanding vision and leadership for our cutting-edge Curriculum Development services, partnering with our clients to create customized content for classroom, self-study, and computer-based training programs. Over a decade of technical writing and instructional design experience through positions within training and development at American Medical Security and Shopko Stores Inc. have allowed her to perfect her communication and design skills to create meaningful learning experiences for our valued clients.

Jill holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication with an emphasis in Business. She is also certified in the Information Mapping method of design and documentation and is working toward her Langevin Learning Services Master Trainer certification.

Carey, Client Engagement Consultant – As Client Engagement Consultant, Carey partners with our current and potential clients to develop a relationship based on trust and openness. Her background in design and sales is a strategic benefit to our client partners, ensuring that optimal training and organizational development plans are formulated and implemented to meet their unique objectives.

Carey holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is a board member of Mothers and More, a local mothers group, contributing to its mission of providing women with support and inspiration as they raise their children. Carey also keeps very busy with two active children of her own, is an avid gardener and loves to travel with her husband and kids.

Kristi holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior. She is certified in the Information Mapping method of design and documentation and qualified as an experienced MBTI® practitioner.
