Deb is driven to help leaders recognize the connection between the head and the heart – they are not mutually exclusive! Well-developed emotional intelligence allows a leader the ability to enhance cognitive intelligence to achieve excellence in his or her leadership role.

As a life-long learner, helping others achieve personal growth is more than a passion – it is what fuels Deb’s heart every day. She is a keen observer of other people’s strengths and able to draw out the best in each person. Deb’s thoughtful and unique approach encourages clients to find existing strengths they didn’t know they had and apply those strengths to create greater engagement in their work.

Organizations benefit greatly from Deb’s experiences and previous successes within operations. Her ability to incorporate Six Sigma concepts while simultaneously assessing cultural norms often leads to quicker “ramp up” time and faster operational results, which leads to improved financial results. She is a “long-range” thinker who is especially adept at capturing visionary thinking and placing it into an actionable plan that becomes achievable – in other words, she is a strategic plan expert.
